Project Goal:‍

Develop a unique visual style and marketing materials for the Bella Vita residential complex by Evera, to enhance the project's appeal and simplify the sales process through the sales department.

Work Done:

• Creation of a logo, selection of symbolism, and development of a tagline.
• Development of a render package used in brochures, leaflets, and on the website.
• Development of a broker-friendly website, integrated with the sales department to improve the property sales process.
• Creation of 3D tours for use in VR glasses and on various devices.
• Preparation of floor plans, overhead views, blueprints, and detailed visual layouts of apartments.
• Creation of an animated video that reflects the essence of the project.
