Arena Park

Project Goal:

‍Develop and implement a comprehensive design for the construction site of the Bigville Arena Park project by BI Group, aimed at attracting potential buyers' attention and increasing sales at the initial stage of construction.

Work Done:

• Design of the construction site, including full decoration of the sales department.
• Printing and installation of banners on the construction site.
• Installation of convex lightboxes on the roof and application of logos and letters on the sales department facade.
• Creation of an installation made of reinforced concrete and iron structure, which displayed the name "arena park" on stainless white paint from both sides of the road.
• Placement of all lightboxes on the fencing and advertising part of the construction site, which were illuminated for better visibility.

Result:

‍As a result of the work carried out and the event held at the opening, attended by potential buyers, the Bigville Arena Park project sold 52% of the properties before the commencement of the main construction works. Effective visual presentation and marketing efforts significantly increased interest and trust in the project, contributing to a successful sales launch.
